By accessing or using the websites, software, or services provided by Longhorn Financial Software, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional terms referenced herein.
Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for subscriptions, implementation, or consulting services will be outlined in a separate order form or Statement of Work (SOW). In the event of a conflict, the SOW or order form will govern for the applicable engagement.
Invoices are generated according to the agreed billing schedule (for example, monthly subscriptions or project milestones). Late payments may incur interest charges or result in suspension of access to the software and related services.
All software, documentation, and related materials are owned by Longhorn Financial Software, LLC or its licensors. Subject to timely payment of applicable fees, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with these Terms and any applicable SOW or order form.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software except as expressly permitted in writing. Longhorn Financial Software, LLC may reference your organization name and logo as a customer in marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the notice provisions set out in the applicable SOW or order form. Upon termination, your right to access the software will cease, except as otherwise specified in writing regarding data export or retention.
